Vacation Rental Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
• Flexible Cancellation: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to arrival date receive a 100% refund.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
• House Rules: No smoking inside villas. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly properties upon prior request.

Arenal Tours & Activities Policy (HNL Arenal)

• Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the tour departure time for a full 100% refund.
• Weather Policy: Tours operate rain or shine (the rainforest is naturally lush and wet!). If an extreme weather warning causes park rangers or safety officers to suspend an activity (e.g. river flash flood), an alternative date or full refund will be provided.
• Safety & Gear: Participants in adventure activities (rafting, canyoning, ATV, zipline) must follow guides’ safety instructions at all times. Helmets and harnesses are mandatory.
